All images ©2000-2010 Sean Dack unless otherwise stated. Sean Dack (b. 1976 Albany, NY) is a New York based artist. He graduated from Columbia University’s M.F.A. program in 2002 and received his B.F.A. from Purchase College School of Art and Design. Working in a variety of media including: film, video, photography, sculpture, installation and sound, he has explored the territory between historical events, technology, popular media/ music culture and dystopian scenarios, creating a varied but conceptually coherent vision. He is doing a seven month residency at Akademie Schloss Solitude, in Stuttgart, Germany in 2010.
